If the fit for your new product is not suitable you may exchange it for the same product in a different size as long as you received the package within the past 7 days, the new desired size is currently available in stock and your item is:
- unworn and unwashed
- still in perfect condition
- still with the original packaging and tags
You will not be charged a return fee or restocking fee. However, you'll have to pay for shipping back to our warehouse using registered mail.
For the following situations we cannot accept exchanges:
- For items purchased on clearance, sale or discount (unless faulty or significantly misrepresented)
- If you have simply changed your mind
- Replacement products
