Free Exchanges

If the fit for your new product is not suitable you may exchange it for the same product in a different size as long as you received the package within the past 7 days, the new desired size is currently available in stock and your item is:

  • unworn and unwashed
  • still in perfect condition
  • still with the original packaging and tags

You will not be charged a return fee or restocking fee. However, you'll have to pay for shipping back to our warehouse using registered mail

Exclusions

For the following situations we cannot accept exchanges:

  • For items purchased on clearance, sale or discount (unless faulty or significantly misrepresented)
  • If you have simply changed your mind
  • Replacement products
* Returns for refunds are not permitted - exchanges only
** Strictly no exceptions to any elements of the above policy.
